You may or may not already know this but last Wednesday we made the roadtrip down to some place called London (more specifically Western House, the home of BBC Radio 2 and BBC 6 Music) to spend half an hour with the legend that is Tom Robinson. He asked us a few questions, we talked about something probably completely unrelated, he played one of our songs and then asked us a few more questions. Oh and then we got a photo together.

Obviously there was a lot more to it than that so you’ll have to listen to the show below to find out what we talked about and how we ended up on the subject of Kez and Paton sharing a bed together. Lets be honest, would you expect any less?

In all seriousness though, it was an amazing day and great to be back down in London again! Everyone made us feel at home straight away (big shout out to Jax Coombes especially) and their Kenco coffee machine is one of the best we’ve ever sampled. Unfortunately we didn’t end up hijacking an open mic somewhere as promised, even with Tom giving it his best shot on Twitter!

Don’t worry though, we’re hoping to make London a regular thing from now on. Hopefully we’ll be doing a few little intimate gigs here and there around the city, so if you know of anywhere that likes a bit of acoustic music then just give us a shout and we’ll see what we can do. In the meantime, keep up the amazing support and expect some very exciting news in the near future!
